Where do you ship from?
We ship all of our orders from Glendale, California. 


What are your customer service hours?
Our hours are from 9:00 am – 5 pm PST. We can be reached via email at info@bridetobeshop.com, live chat and telephone during business hours. Our phone number is: (833) 882-7433.

What shipping options do I have?

We ship all orders via First Class or Priority Mail. Takes 2-3 days to arrive to you. If you need your order sooner please select Express Mail. Takes 1-2 Days. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 in the U.S. 


Cost of customized robes?
The cost to add customization to robes is $9.99 for either back or front. For both sides it is $14.99. Rhinestone Robes are costumed products because they have personalized titles. Those robe automatically cost $19.99 unless prices change.


What does your production time mean?
Our production time to get all orders out and shipped to our customers takes 5-10 Business days. Orders that select that time frame are taken to the post office in 5-10 business days to get shipped. (The shipping days are not included in the Production Time.)
Due to many orders pending and/or ahead of others we give PRIORITY to Rush Orders. The option on each listing is known as “Next Business Day” for an additional fee.
If you order needs to be processed in a more-timely matter and would like for it to be shipped the Next Business Day, please select the rush production option and choose a priority shipping method.
If you do not select RUSH production for all products, your order will not be treated as a rush order.


Do the colors of the robes match what I'm seeing online?  
Please note that colors may differ from what you see on your monitor, as monitor screen settings and colors do vary. Please be very careful if you are on your Cell Phone or PC. If you would like further information or a close up of how colors actually look please contact us so that we can inform you.  


How do I input a monogram?
Input monograms like this: First Name, Last Name, Middle Name. The Last Name initial (the middle letter of the monogram) will be larger than the rest. (3 letters ONLY). To avoid any confusion, our team will print monograms exactly as they're typed when ordered. We will not change them based on the customers first or last name.


I want to return my product, what must I do?
Please check our Returns & Refunds page. We only refund orders that are not personalized. The REFUND will only go towards the cost of the robes, tshirts, etc. Shipping handling and fee’s are non-refundable.


Can I edit my order?
Yes you can just contact me ASAP before we process your order. If the order is customized with a text you no longer want or would like to change and the robe has already been pressed, you then would have to re-order and other fees may apply.
For Non-Custom orders you can change size or color of the robe as long as the order has not been packed for shipping.

 

What if my name is too long?

Please leave notes specifying the format you would like for the text to appear if shown different online. For example: First Line: Mrs. Second Line: Name. Or if you have a company name/slogan we really thank customers if they leave us notes regarding the format as well.

 

Can I see my robe(s) or product before it is shipped out to me?
There is a $5 fee for MOCK UPS, as this causes a significant delay in production. If you want to see the product before it is made please message us and we will send you the invoice for the mock up fee.
